The essentials
- You pay once for a fixed term, in EUR. Nothing renews without you asking.
- The screen count on your plan is the number of streams that can play at the same time.
- If the service cannot be made to work on your device, the 7-day guarantee applies.
- Nothing here removes the rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
Who the agreement is with
Euroskara runs the website euroskara.live and supplies an internet television service, called the service below. When you request a trial, place an order or use a login we have issued, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.
What you are paying for
A plan gives you access, for the term you chose, to live channels grouped by country and to a library of films and series, all streamed over the internet. Which channels and titles are offered changes over time, and we cannot promise that a particular channel, programme or match will remain available for the whole of your term.
You supply the broadband connection and a compatible device. We supply setup guides free of charge and help on WhatsApp.
Ordering and payment
Orders are placed and confirmed in a WhatsApp conversation. The EUR price confirmed there is the full price of the plan. If you pay from an account in another currency, any conversion is handled by your bank or payment provider.
We activate the account once payment has cleared, normally under 15 minutes. A plan runs for its fixed term and then stops. It is never renewed or charged again unless you place a new order.
Screens, households and sharing
An account belongs to one household. It may be installed on as many devices in that household as you like, but only as many streams as your plan allows can play at the same moment. We may suspend or close an account, without a refund, if its login is published or passed around outside the household, if access is resold outside our reseller programme, or if the service is used to rebroadcast streams.
Interruptions and maintenance
We work towards 99.9% availability and spread the load across several servers. Even so, the service relies on networks we do not control, and there will be times when maintenance or events outside our control interrupt it. When an outage on our side lasts a long time, we add extra days to affected accounts.
Refunds and consumer rights
Our 7-day money-back guarantee is set out in full in the refund policy. It sits alongside, and does not replace, any statutory rights you have as a consumer where you live.
Responsibility
We provide the service as it stands. As far as the law allows, if something goes wrong our total responsibility to you is limited to the price you paid for the plan that is currently running. This does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be limited.
When these terms change
If we update these terms, the date at the top of this page changes with them. The version in force when you placed an order applies to that order; using the service after a later change means you accept the new version for future orders and renewals.
