A European reseller rarely has one tidy market. You might sell to British expats on the Costa del Sol, to a Polish community in Dublin and to friends of friends in the Netherlands, each wanting help in a different language and paying in a different way. The panel is built so that none of that complicates the technical side: every account is a standard Xtream login that works in any compatible player and with the setup guides on this site.
This page is ordered the way the decisions usually arrive. First the practical questions of serving customers across borders, then what the credits cost, then the tools, and finally how to begin.
Four things to settle before you buy credits
- Which countries and languages you will cover. Serving English speakers across Europe is one business. Adding customers who expect replies in German, Spanish or Polish is another, and it is worth being honest about which one you can staff.
- How you will price. The packs are in euros; your customers may pay you in euros, pounds, złoty or kronor. Decide your retail price and your currency before the first sale, not after.
- What customer information you will keep. Less is easier. More on this below.
- When you will answer messages. A customer whose picture freezes at kick-off wants a reply in minutes. If you cannot provide that yourself, say so up front and point them to the self-help guides.
Customer data: hold less, protect what you hold
If you sell to people in the European Union or the United Kingdom, data protection rules such as the GDPR are likely to apply to the personal details you keep about them. This is not legal advice, and your own obligations depend on where and how you trade, but a few habits make compliance simpler for any small reseller:
- Collect only what you use. An account needs a login. If a first name and a WhatsApp number are all you need to support someone, stop there.
- Keep records in one place. A single protected spreadsheet or notes app is easier to secure, and to clear out, than details scattered across chats and email.
- Delete when a customer leaves. Once someone has gone and you no longer need their details for your own records, remove them.
- Answer requests promptly. If a customer asks what you hold about them, or asks you to delete it, deal with it rather than letting it sit.
Languages and support: who answers what
Your customers talk to you, in whatever language you share with them. The setup guides on this site are written in English, which suits English-speaking customers wherever they live; for others, you will be the one translating a menu path or explaining an error. Behind you, the reseller line on WhatsApp handles the panel, activations and anything on the server side, so a technical fault never has to become your customer’s problem to chase.
Inside the panel
- Account controls: create, renew, extend and switch off customer logins, and generate trials.
- Wholesale rates: as low as €5.00 per device-month with the Enterprise pack.
- Your name, not ours: customers deal with your brand and your WhatsApp number.
- Guides you can forward: link any device or player walkthrough straight to a customer.
- A dedicated reseller line on WhatsApp, kept apart from retail support.
From first message to first customer
- Send a WhatsApp message saying you want to resell, with the countries you plan to serve and the pack that interests you.
- Pay for the pack. Your panel login is sent in the same chat, normally the same day.
- Issue a few trial accounts to people you know, check the guides work for them, and then start selling.
Reselling in Europe: your questions
Can I sell to customers in more than one European country?
Yes. Credits and accounts work the same way whichever country a customer lives in. What does change from country to country is the part that is yours: the language you answer in, how people prefer to pay, and your own tax and business registration, which you should check locally rather than take from us.
Are the packs priced in euros?
Yes. Every pack is quoted in euros, from €80 for the Starter pack to €500 for Enterprise. How you price for your own customers, and in which currency, is up to you.
How far does one credit go?
One credit is one month on one device. A customer on a twelve-month, single-screen account therefore uses twelve credits, and a two-screen account for a month uses two. Unspent credits stay in the panel until you use them, and the per-credit rate drops as the packs get bigger.
What do I need to collect from a customer?
In the panel an account is a login: a username and a password. Anything beyond that, such as a name, a phone number for support or payment records, is information you decide to hold as the seller, and you are responsible for looking after it.
Can my customers try before they pay?
Yes. The panel creates 24-hour trials without using credits, within a fair-use limit. Letting someone test the service on their own television on a match night does more for a sale than any description you could write.
Who supports whom?
You support your customers; we support you. Resellers have their own WhatsApp line, separate from the retail queue, for the panel, activations and anything on the server side. Your customers never need to contact us, and the relationship with them remains yours.
What sort of margin is realistic?
That depends entirely on the price you set. Your margin is the difference between what a credit cost you and what you charge for the month it activates. Some resellers sit close to our public prices; others charge more and justify it with fast replies in the customer's own language. We do not set or police retail prices.
