The notices we accept
We act on complete copyright notices, whether they are made under the United States Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) or under the notice procedures that apply in the UK and the European Union. When a notice checks out, we remove or disable access to the material it identifies.
How to send one
Send your notice on WhatsApp at +212 610 046 062, or through the contact form at euroskara.live/contact/, beginning your message with the words Copyright notice so it reaches the right person quickly.
Checklist for a complete notice
To let us act without delay, please include every item below:
- the copyrighted work you say is being infringed;
- the material you want removed, described precisely enough for us to find it, such as a channel name or title and when you saw it;
- your full name, postal address, telephone number and email address, and the rights holder you act for if that is not you;
- a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
What happens after we receive it
We confirm receipt of a complete notice within 2 business days and take action on it within 5 business days.
If a notice is missing any of the items above, we reply explaining what is needed rather than ignoring it.
If you think something was removed by mistake
Anyone whose material was removed and who believes that was an error can send a counter-notice through the same channels. It should identify the material and where it appeared, give full contact details, and include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the removal was a mistake or a misidentification.
